Membership
The annual membership fee is £400, which will be invoiced in 4 quarterly payments of £100 in advance.
Commission Rates For Debt Collection
Debtors Resident In The UK

* Where you ask us to collect multiple debts for the same
debtor the commission is determined by the due date of
the oldest invoice.
Low Value Debts
We offer a flat-fee service for UK and overseas debts below
£500 in value at a cost of £22.50 for a UK debt and £50 for
a non-U.K. debt. This fee is payable irrespective of whether
a successful collection is made, and will be invoiced on
registration of the debt with us for collection.

Legal Services For UK based Debts
Where legal action is undertaken (which will always be
agreed in advance with you) all legal fees and costs are
payable by you in advance. Some or all of these fees and
costs may be recoverable from the debtor. Our commission
rates detailed in the chart opposite will apply on all
successful collections resulting from such legal action.

upon request.
UK Debtor Tracing
£50 per debt. This is a flat fee irrespective of whether the
trace is successful.

File Opening Fees
A one-off file opening fee of £35 will be charged for Region C markets only,
which will be invoiced on the date of registration of the debt with us for collection
and is non-refundable.
Non-UK Debtor Tracing
£125 per debt. This is a flat fee irrespective of whether the trace is successful.

* Where goods are returned in lieu of payment, the chargeable commission rate is    reduced by 50%.
