You will have 24 hour secure access to your accounts via IntrumWeb, our online client management tool. The system enables you to view information on open cases, amounts outstanding and allows you to register new cases should you desire.
Personal Client Care Officer
A dedicated client account manager will be assigned to you, providing a personal point of contact for any queries you should have regarding the On Demand service.
Discounted Collection Rates
We offer preferential commission rates to our On Demand clients, expressed as a percentage of the amount we recover on your accounts. This will be deducted from the balance collected before we send it to you. The rates charged are outlined in Tariffs.
